Puppies are the most popular pets in the present generation. This is because people find them cute and cuddly. With the impression that dogs are very loyal to their masters, this adds up to the reasons as to why they are very known to be man’s best friend. Who would not give in to the cuteness of those full creatures if not those animal lovers? Below is the list of the kinds of puppies according to their cuteness.


PoodlesClassified as the Standard Poodle,Miniature Poodle and Toy Poodle usually characterized with many coat colors. Originated in Germany as a water dog but was standardized in France. It is skillful in many dog sports like agility, obedience, tracking, and even herding. They are classified as elegant dogs, squarely built, and well proportioned.

Labrador Retrievers

Labrador RetrieversA kind of retriever, type of gun dog.They are usually athletic, playful, and the most popular breed of dog by registered ownership in Australia, Canada, New Zealand,and the UK. Labradors are mostly trained to aid people who are blind and people with autism and act as therapy dogs.

Lhasa Apsos

Lhasa ApsosOriginated in Tibet and is a non-sporting dog. It was bred as an interior sentinel in the Buddhist monasteries, to alert the monks to any intruders who entered. Standard characteristics are dark brown eyes and a black nose. The texture of the coat is heavy, straight, hard, neither wooly nor silky, and very dense.


BeaglesClassified as a small to medium-sized dog breed. Mainly a member of the hound group, which is similar in appearance to the foxhound, but smaller with shorter legs and longer, softer ears. Beagles are described as brave, intelligent, and social dogs that are good with children and known for their loving, tolerant, sweet, and gentle temperament.


BassetsDescribed as a short-legged dog of the hound family, as well as one of six recognized Basset breeds which breed in France. They are scent hounds that were originally bred for the purpose of hunting rabbits and hare. They are rather large, short, solid and long, with curved saber tails held high over their long backs.

MalteseA small breed of dog in the Toy Group, originating in the Central Mediterranean Area. They have slightly rounded skulls, with a finger-wide dome, a black button nose and brown eyes. Their body is compact with the length equaling the height. They also have drop ears with long hair, surrounded by darker skin pigmentation.

Cardigan has short or medium length, hard textured, weatherproof with a good undercoat while Pembroke have medium length with a straight dense undercoat.

They are noted for its unique black or liver spotted coat and were mainly used as a carriage dog in its early days. ChihuahuasThe smallest breed of dog is named for the state ofChihuahua in Mexico. Chihuahuas come in a wide variety of sizes, head shapes, colors, and coat lengths. Breed standards for this dog do not generally specify a height; only a weight and a description of their overall proportions.


SharPeisAlso known as Chinese Shar-Pei, is a breed of dog known for its distinctive features of deep wrinkles and a blue-black tongue. The breed originated from China. The name translates to “sand skin” and refers to the texture of its short, rough coat. As they mature, these wrinkles loosen and spread out as they “grow into their skin”.


PugsA breed of dog with a wrinkly, short-muzzled face and curled tail. The breed has a fine, glossy coat that comes in a variety of colors, most often fawn or black, and a compact square body with well-developed muscles. They were brought from China to Europe in the sixteenth century.
